I’ve had my own fair share of allergies and dietary restrictions throughout the years (gluten free, dairy free, egg-free, etc.), so I know how hard it can be to find good food to eat that works for your body! I want to make it easy for you to find healthy food that will nourish your body and suit your needs, which is why I started this blog!
As a fan of natural living, I also love to share non-toxic living tips, wellness DIYS, and natural home and beauty products. I believe that we’re not just affected by what we put in our bodies, but also, by the things we put in our homes and on our bodies. But don’t worry – I’m about as frugal and practical as they come – so everything I share is time and budget friendly.
