
High protein and sugar free cinnamon sugar chia seed pudding! Keto, vegan, paleo, gluten free, and nut free! Looking for a tasty and festive treat to welcome autumn? This is the perfect thing to make. Here’s the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups milk of choice (I used almond milk)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I use Organifi, use code RUTHANNE for 15% off)
Instructions:
Add all of your ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth (scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula and blend again if needed until everything is completely smooth).
Pour the pudding into a glass dish and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, until chilled.
Once chilled, layer the pudding between a yogurt of choice (I used Forager Project dairy free vanilla yogurt).
Top the yogurt with diced apples and cinnamon and enjoy!
