Pumpkin spice turmeric latte! Turmeric is a spice well known for its medicinal benefits. It’s anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants, and is known to help lower your risk of heart disease. It’s a wonderful superfood that makes food look and taste delicious! Turmeric lattes are all the rage right now (also know as Golden Milk Lattes). I had never had one until recently and they’re so good! I dressed up my turmeric latte by making it PUMPKIN SPICE and I loved it. You have to try this out!
