
4-ingredient sugar free/keto protein milkshake! Vegan, paleo, keto, gluten free, sugar free and dairy free, this chocolate milkshake is one of my all time favorite desserts! It’s made with just 4 ingredients — protein powder, water/milk, ice and xanthan gum! If you’re in need of a healthier (high protein) milkshake to satisfy your cravings, try this out!
Ingredients:
8oz cold water or milk
4-6 large ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder of choice (I used @questnutrition)
1 tsp xanthan gum
Directions:
Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, until thick and creamy.
Pour your protein milkshake into a glass of choice and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce! See below for chocolate sauce options.
Enjoy with a thick straw or spoon!
Chocolate Sauce Options:
Mix together 1 TBS cocoa powder with 1 TBS maple syrup/ honey.
Mix together 1 TBS cocoa powder with 1 TBS milk/water and some liquid stevia.
Melt 1 TBS chocolate chips with 1/4 tsp coconut oil.
