This rich, healthy and delicious pumpkin smoothie is full of healthy carbs, fat, and some protein (from the nuts and pumpkin!), making it a very filling and tasty breakfast, snack or dessert option. It’s vegan, dairy free, gluten-free, paleo, and refined sugar free. It can’t get much better than that!

Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tsp vanilla
2 ounces pecans (about 1/2 cup)
Directions:
Blend all your ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Add more sweetener, pumpkin purée or spices if you want it to taste a little stronger or sweeter.
Pour into two glasses and top with coconut whipped cream.
Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
