Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
1 TBS matcha (or 2 grams)
1-2 TBS honey or maple syrup (or try sugar free maple syrup or a couple drops of liquid stevia to keep it sugar free/keto!)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a small blender and blender until smooth and creamy.
For an iced matcha latte, pour matcha mixture over ice.
For a hot version, simply heat your blended matcha mixture on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Top matcha latte with whipped cream and sprinkle with more matcha. Enjoy!
About Matcha:
Matcha is a wonderful source of natural caffeine. It’s also a natural source of antioxidants and an immune booster! Matcha helps to boost brain function, while also relax the body. It’s natural caffeine without the jitters or anxiety! Matcha contains about half the caffeine of coffee per cup, so it’s my preferred choice of caffeine. I used TEAPAZ matcha to make my iced matcha.
