Chocolate Lovers! Need a gluten, dairy, & refined sugar free dessert that’s also paleo & can be made low carb/keto?! You’ve got to try these brownies! These are by far the best healthy brownies I’ve had!

I got the recipe from Half Baked Harvest and it’s to die for! Here’s the ingredients you”ll need to make them. Once you’ve gathered the ingredients you need, you have to go make them. Check out my keto and vegan adaptions below!
Ingredients:
2 ripe small avocados, pitted & skins removed (about 3/4 cup pureed)
real maple syrup
vanilla extract
instant coffee (optional)
dark chocolate
eggs
cocoa powder
almond meal/flour
kosher salt
coconut oil
Low Carb/Keto Adaptions:
Chocolate
If you’re making the recipe low carb/keto, use stevia (or another sugar free) sweetened chocolate bar to make it low carb/keto. I made this recipe Lily’s dark chocolate baking bar (stevia sweetened) and it was amazing!
Sugar
You can use an equal amount of granulated sugar in place of the maple, if you prefer. Or use the appropriate amount of a low carb/keto approved sugar substitute (like monk fruit!). We used maple syrup but I think monk fruit would work for low carb/keto!
Vegan Adaptions:
Eggs
In order to make this recipe egg free, try replacing the eggs with chia or flax eggs or use egg replacer.
