1 1/2 cups milk (I used homemade cashew)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 ripe avocado
Frozen or fresh spinach
1/2 tsp mint extract
1-2 TBS sweetener (optional — I used maple syrup)
Blend everything together in a high speed blender until smooth. Taste and add some sweetener if desired.
Pour into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream.
Refrigerate until serving or enjoy immediately!
