Who here loves pumpkin spice creamer? My husband and I love pumpkin spice lattes — both tea and coffee lattes! We like to use decaf coffee for our coffee lattes (since we don’t do regular coffee) and chai tea for our tea lattes! If you’re a pumpkin spice fan, you have to try this out!
This simple pumpkin spice creamer is so delicious! Sometimes I like to warm it up and drink it straight as milk! It’s so good. Here’s the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice (I love using homemade nut or oat milk)
1 TBS pumpkin purée (or more if you love pumpkin!)
2-3 TBS maple syrup (use less if you don’t want it sweet or use liquid stevia or monk fruit to keep it sugar free/keto)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a small blender until smooth and creamy. Or whisk over low heat in a small sauce pan.
Pour in a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to a week!
Enjoy with tea or coffee!
Notes:
Use whatever milk you like best, we prefer a non-dairy milk like oat, almond or full fat canned coconut milk!
Use more or less sweetener depending on how sweet you like your drink.
Use a sugar-free sweetener if you are keto or low-carb. Liquid stevia and monk fruit should work great!
I will be sharing some of my favorite pumpkin spice latte recipes soon, stay tuned! Who is trying out this pumpkin spice creamer this week?
