Fudgy Double Chocolate Smoothie Bowl! Vegan, gluten free, paleo, grain free, dairy free and refined sugar free, this is the perfect tasty breakfast, snack or dessert! Made with ripe avocado, it tastes like chocolate pudding! Get the recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ripe bananas (ideally frozen)
1/2 ripe avocado (just the flesh)
1/2-1 cup frozen cauliflower or zucchini (optional but recommended)
1/2 cup plant based milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 TBS cocoa powder (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth. Add more milk if you want a thinner consistency (but I like my smoothie bowls thick!).
Scrape the smoothie into a bowl and top with desired toppings (see my recommendations below).
Enjoy immediately!
