Who wants a frosted brownie? Low carb, vegan, paleo, gluten free, keto and sugar free friendly, these decadent and fudgy brownies are healthy and tasty. They’re made with rich dark chocolate and creamy avocado!

Brownies:
6oz dark chocolate, melted
2 avocados (just the flesh)
2 eggs (use chia eggs to keep them vegan — see notes)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup plant based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup coconut flour
2 tsp instant coffee
1/2 tsp salt
Frosting:
2 avocados (just the flesh)
3oz dark chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a food processor or powerful blender combine all the brownie ingredients and purée until smooth.
Pour brownie batter into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes and then cool completely.
Meanwhile, combine your frosting ingredients in your blender/food processor and purée until smooth.
Frost your brownies once they have cooled.
Enjoy immediately and store in the fridge!

To make the 2 chia eggs combine 2 TBS chia seeds with 1/3 cup water and let it sit for 10 min before using
