Flourless fudge protein brownies! Paleo, gluten free, vegan and sugar free friendly, these flourless brownies are so fudgy and so healthy! I can’t get enough of them! Plus, they’re high in plant based protein and full of fiber. Get the recipe below (I promise you can’t taste the black beans!).
Ingredients:
2 (15oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 cup maple syrup (use sugar free maple syrup if you need it to be sugar free)
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder or almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Chocolate chips to top
Directions:
Combine everything but the chocolate chips in a food processor and process until smooth (see notes for blender instructions).
Pour batter into a greased 8×8 baking dish and top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until set.
Store in the fridge for 5-7 days!
Notes:
If using a blender, blend everything together except the protein powder/almond flour and chocolate chips. Stir those in by hand!
You can either use chocolate or vanilla protein powder or just use almond flour instead!
I used @organifi plant based chocolate protein powder (this stuff is my favorite!). If you want to try it, use code RUTHANNE for 15% off.
