Note: feel free to make this recipe sugar free by using monk fruit instead of coconut sugar and sugar free chocolate instead of regular dark chocolate!
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Handful chocolate chips/chunks
1/4 cup plant based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together (except chocolate chips/chunks) in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Add in a handful of chocolate chips/chunks and stir until well combined.
Scoop cookie dough with a cookie scooper and place on a tray lined with parchment paper (makes 1 dozen cookies).
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes!
Top immediately with extra chocolate chips/chunks and spread the chocolate with a knife once melted.
Enjoy immediately!
