Recipe Notes:
Use a 1-1 gluten free flour replacement in this recipe to keep it gluten free. Oat flour might work as well.
Use olive oil in the recipe instead of coconut oil for a nut free recipe.
Use 2 flax or chia eggs in the recipe to keep it vegan! To make 1 flax or chia egg simply combine 1 TBS flax or chia seeds with 2.5 TBS water and let it sit for 10 minutes before adding to the recipe. Make sure you use 3 flax/chia eggs for this recipe!
