What’s your favorite thing about fall? For me, one of my favorite things is all the delicious coffee drinks! I love sipping a good frappuccino or latte on the weekend curled up in a blanket!
What I don’t love, however, is all the sugar that goes into your typical frappuccino or latte. That’s why I often make my own at home!
Let me introduce you to this DIY Peanut Butter Frappuccino! It’s perfect for fall! All you need is cold brewed coffee, milk, peanut butter, sweetener of choice, and some ice cubes! If you’re like me, you can even add some superfoods by using a superfood mix! I used Ryze Superfoods mushroom enhanced keto coffee to get all the health benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms! Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup cold brewed coffee (I used 1 cup brewed RYZE Superfoods keto coffee mix)
3/4 cup milk of choice (I used homemade oat milk)
2 TBS peanut butter (or any nut butter will work too!)
2 TBS maple syrup or honey (or use a sugar free sweetener like stevia or monk fruit to keep it keto/sugar free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 ice cubes
Directions:
Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Pour into a tall glass and top with chocolate chips.
Drizzle with warmed peanut butter and melted chocolate (optional).
Enjoy!
Who’s down to try this DIY Frappuccino? It’s the perfect Sunday afternoon football drink!
