All you have to do is add chicken and salsa to your crockpot/insta-pot in the morning and let it cook it for 4-8 hours! When you’re about ready to eat, simply cook up some rice or grab some tortillas, warm up some beans and chop some lettuce!

Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken breasts
4-6 cups salsa
Directions:
Place raw chicken in the bottom of a crock-pot
Cover the chicken with salsa and mix around
Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with a fork
