Need a quick dessert or tasty treat? This little snack is perfect to make! It’s super easy, tastes delicious, and it packs a nutritional punch! Plus, you probably have all the ingredients on hand to whip these up right now!
1 TBS nut butter (or try sunbutter to keep it nut free!)
3 TBS dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Slice one ripe banana in 1/4 inch rounds
Layer slices with nut butter (peanut butter works great!) and stack them into stacks of two
Freeze slices for one hour
After one hour, melt 3 TBS dark chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil
Dip frozen banana stacks into the melted chocolate, covering only one side of each stack
Freeze for another hour or more
Remove from the freezer and serve frozen or slightly defrosted.
Store in the fridge or freezer (depending on your preference!).
