Using Sweetened Chocolate
Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 TBS coconut oil
12 ounces of strawberries
Directions:
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan or in the microwave on low heat.
Coat your strawberries and chill in the fridge until hardened.
Enjoy!
Using Unsweetened Chocolate:
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened chocolate
Sweetener of choice (amount depends on the type of sweetener you’re using)
1 TBS coconut oil
12 ounces of strawberries
Directions:
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan or in the microwave on low heat.
Add in your sweetener of choice until the chocolate is sweet enough for you.
Coat strawberries and chill in the fridge until hardened.
Enjoy!
Recipe Notes:
I always use dark chocolate and have enjoyed this recipe with using sweetened dark chocolate and unsweetened dark chocolate (with added honey or maple syrup).

This recipe is gluten free, vegan, dairy free, refined sugar free, paleo, and can be low carb if you use stevia, monk fruit or xylitol to sweeten your unsweetened chocolate.
