Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1.5 cups plant based milk
2 TBS ground coffee
2 TBS nut butter (I used almond)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, but recommended)
1/2 cups oats (optional, for a more filling smoothie)
Directions:
Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass (or 2) and top with coconut whipped cream.
Sprinkle with coffee grounds and enjoy immediately!
