Ingredients:
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup nut butter of choice (I used tahini)
1/4 cup + 2 TBS honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup + 1 TBS cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 tsp salt (optional — if your nut butter is unsalted)
Directions:
Combine everything in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Gently stir in chocolate chips (if using).
Grease an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray and scrape the batter into the dish.
Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Cool, cut and enjoy!
Lasts for up to 5 days.
