4-ingredient healthy chocolate pudding! Vegan, gluten free, paleo, and keto/sugar free friendly, this chocolate pudding fits any diet/dietary needs! It’s so smooth, rich and creamy! Made with just a couple simple ingredients, this is a super easy and tasty dessert you can whip up anytime!
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados (just the flesh!)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (see recipe notes for the keto/sugar free options)
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Add everything to a small blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth.
You may need to add more cocoa powder, sweetener, and/or milk depending on the size of your avocados. Start out with the recommended ingredient measurements and then experiment with adding more of each ingredient until you find the taste and consistency you like!
Scrape pudding into 2-4 small dessert bowls and top with desired toppings (see list of topping ideas below).
Enjoy!
Topping Ideas:
sliced fruit or fresh berries
whipped cream
chopped nuts or coconut flakes
Recipe Notes:
To keep it sugar free/keto, use monk fruit, liquid stevia or sugar free maple syrup instead of the maple syrup/honey. You’ll need to adjust the amount of sweetener depending which you use.
