Do you ever get in the mood for brownies and need them ASAP? Or maybe you just have extra baked sweet potatoes on hand? Or, maybe you just go for chocolate desserts whenever you can (like me!). Whatever the case, these 4 ingredient blender brownies can be whipped up, baked, and cooled in under 30 minutes, making them the perfect chocolate cravings crusher.

Ingredients:
1 cup mashed sweet potato (cooked)
1/2 cup nut butter of choice (we love cashew or almond butter!)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth.
Spray a small pan or two small ceramic dishes with cooking spray and spread the batter evenly.
Cook for 20 minutes at 350.
Dig in and enjoy!

We love to top our brownies with sliced berries and some coconut whipped cream. It’s the perfect pairing!
