2-Ingredient Jam!

2-ingredient, sugar free jam recipe! I love making homemade jam β€” strawberry, blackberry, mixed berry, etc.! It’s super easy and super tasty! All you need are berries and chia seeds (and some sweetener if you want). This jam will pair perfectly with your favorite slice of bread!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh berries of choice

  • 2 TBS chia seeds

  • Sweetener of choice to taste (optional β€” see notes)

Directions:

  1. Heat berries over medium-low heat on the stovetop until hot and juicy (you could also try the microwave).

  2. Remove from the heat and mash berries with a fork or spoon.

  3. Stir in chia seeds and sweetener (if using β€” see notes).

  4. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.

  5. Top your toast and store the rest in the fridge until later! Lasts for 5-7 days in the fridge.

Notes:

  • Try adding 1-2 TBS honey or maple syrup if your jam needs a bit more sweetness,

  • Try adding sugar free maple syrup or another sugar free sweetener to keep it keto/sugar free.

  • This recipe will work with any berry!
